Six practices, one senior team

We work as one compact pod rather than six departments. Most engagements draw on several of these at once, and the mix changes as the product does. How we engage matters as much as what we do: embedded alongside your team, a fixed-scope build, or a short sprint that ends with a plan you own.

What we do

The practices we draw on

Each one lists what is included, how we work and what you receive.

How we engage

Three ways to work with us

Structure only. We quote after we understand the problem, never from a rate card.

  • Dedicated team

A compact pod of senior people working only on your product, with direct client contact and no layers in between.

    What it suits
Products under active development where scope will change as you learn, and where you want the team embedded rather than briefed.
    Typical duration
    3 months and up, rolling
    How pricing works
Monthly, based on the size of the pod. Scope flexes within the pod rather than triggering a renegotiation.
  • Fixed-scope project

A defined deliverable with an agreed scope, sequence and acceptance criteria, priced before we start.

    What it suits
Well-understood work where the requirements are stable and you need budget certainty more than flexibility.
    Typical duration
    6–16 weeks
    How pricing works
Fixed for the agreed scope, with a stated change process. Changes are priced separately rather than absorbed silently.
  • Discovery sprint

A short engagement that turns an ambition into a scoped, sequenced, costed plan you own.

    What it suits
Ideas that have not been scoped yet, or a build that has stalled and needs an independent read before more money goes in.
    Typical duration
    2–4 weeks
    How pricing works
Fixed for the sprint. The plan is yours whether or not you continue with us.

FAQ

Questions worth answering before you ask

Yes. Describe the problem and the constraint; we'll tell you which of these we'd propose, and why.

Most engagements draw on several at once, and the mix changes as the product does — we work as one compact pod, not six departments handed between.

We quote after we understand the problem — never from a rate card. A dedicated team is priced monthly by pod size, a fixed-scope project is priced upfront for the agreed scope, and a discovery sprint is a fixed fee for the sprint itself.
