These terms cover your use of this website — browsing it, and submitting the contact, “Start Your Build” or job application forms on it. They do not cover any client engagement, which is governed by that engagement’s own signed agreement, not by this page.

2. The content on this site

Case studies, statistics and testimonials on this website that are marked or described as illustrative or placeholder are not real client engagements or figures — they exist to show the shape of our work ahead of launch and are replaced with real ones as they become available. Everything else — our services, positioning and process — describes how we actually work.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit a form on this site using automated means, or attempt to bypass its spam or rate-limiting controls;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system behind this site, including its content management or database;
• Use this site to transmit anything unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights; or
• Scrape or systematically copy the content of this site for a competing use.

4. Intellectual property

The name, logo, and content of this site belong to Zimcrest Technologies, Nigeria, or are used with permission. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them, beyond viewing the site in an ordinary browser.

5. No warranty

This site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, to the extent the law allows us to limit that liability.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
